Shipping and Delivery
1.Delivery Method: When you purchase goods from our site, they will be delivered using our own transport services. We select the carrier with the lowest rate for your shipping location, which may include Purolator, UPS, FedEx, Canpar, or GLS.
Using Your Own Carrier: You have two options for handling the shipment:
- Provide Your Own Carrier Information:
- Carrier Account Number: Include your account number with the carrier
- Postal Code: Provide the postal code associated with your account.
- Type of Service: Specify the type of service you require (e.g., ground, express).
- We will handle the shipment.
- Send Us Your Own Waybill:
- If you prefer, you can send us your own waybill for the shipment.
- We will then provide you with the dimensions and weight of the box required to complete your waybill.
Please choose the option that best suits your needs and let us know how you’d like to proceed.
2. Delivery Times: Delivery will occur as soon as reasonably possible based on the selected method. Please note that delivery times exclude weekends and statutory holidays and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
3. Charges: If applicable, delivery charges will be added to your invoice in addition to the price of the goods. After completing your order, shipping charges will be calculated based on exact shipping weights and dimensions.
4. Tracking Information: Customers will receive tracking information once the transport has been created.
5. International Shipping: We offer shipping to the United States. Please contact us for further details. The customer will be responsible for any additional costs beyond the price of the goods and standard shipping charges, including but not limited to brokerage fees and duties.
6. Delivery Issues: When using our transport, we will contact the carriers regarding any delivery issues. If you are providing your own transport, it is your responsibility to contact your carrier with any issues.

8. Delivery Areas: Our delivery service is restricted within the operational coverage of our carriers. As a result, we are unable to facilitate deliveries to areas beyond this scope.
