Description

Thin or thick, materials of all sizes have a place in garment decorating. Brick® heat transfer vinyl by Siser® is a 600 micron thick, flexible heat transfer vinyl that’s designed for smaller logos and designs to add extra dimension to your garments. Brick’s matte finish looks great on caps, bags, and is ideal for left chest logos. This trendy look can be seen on sports apparel all over the globe. When used as a base layer and covered with EasyWeed® Stretch, the combination gives a great embossed look. The next time you feel your design could benefit from a boost in height, consider giving it some dimension with Brick by Siser!

Brick is 600 Microns / 23.6 Mils and is a PU composition.

Brick is Layerable only if using the embossed method of heat application.

* Extend the blade out so that a significant amount of blade is exposed. (45° blade is NOT recommended for use with this material.)

The specifications listed are suggested starting points that may need to be adjusted according to blade, cutting strip and cutting mat wear. Always perform a test cut prior to cutting designs.

Application Instructions

For Home Iron

  1. Set iron dial between Cotton and Linen
  2. Cover design with Multipurpose Paper or Heat Transfer Cover Sheet
  3. Place on flat, hard surface (ironing board not recommended)
  4. Press iron with medium/firm pressure (do not slide iron)
  5. Press each section of design for 10-15 seconds
  6. If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
    and re-press for 10 seconds
  7. Peel carrier cold

For Heat Press

  1. Cover with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet or Multipurpose Paper
  2. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  3. Apply design at 311°F/155°C
  4. Use medium/firm pressure for 20 seconds
  5. If areas of design lift after application, replace cover sheet
    and re-press for 10 seconds
  6. Peel carrier cold

Care Instructions

  • Wait 24 hours before first wash
  • Machine wash warm or cold with mild detergent
  • Do not bleach or dry clean
  • Dry on low setting
  • Liquid fabric softener not recommended
