Description

S-Print is designed to be an extremely soft water-based printable vinyl that is not only user-friendly, but eco-friendly too. Thanks to an all-new composition, you can achieve soft designs that almost feel like nothing’s there. S-Print is also ideal for stretchy, more heat-sensitive garments thanks to a low application temperature of 248°F / 120°C for 15 seconds! Like many of our other printable products, S-Print is CPSIA certified and works with Solvent and Eco-Solvent printers.

S-Print is approximately 85 microns/3.5 Mils and is a PU composition

  • 100% Cotton
  • 100% Polyester
  • Poly/Cotton Blends
  • Spandex

Application Settings

Thickness: 85 Microns/3.35 Mils
Applies to: 100% Cotton, 100% Polyester, Cotton/Poly Blends, Spandex
Temperature: 248°F / 120ºC
Time: 10 – 15 Seconds
Pressure: Medium
Peel: Hot

Application Instructions

  1. Print, cut, and weed your design
  2. Mask with TTD Easy Mask or TTD High Tack Mask
  3. Preheat garment for 2-3 seconds
  4. Cover design with Heat Transfer Cover Sheet
  5. Apply design at 248°F / 120°C
  6. Use medium pressure for 10-15 seconds
  7. Peel carrier hot

Laundering Instructions

  1. Wait 24 hours before first wash
  2. Machine wash cold
  3. Use mild detergent
  4. Tumble dry on low
  5. Do not bleach or dry clean
  6. Wash inside-out for best results
